Pattern: Complete. Printed pattern. Sleeve was cut to 3/4 length, but extension is present to make long length. E was printed on a torn in half and attached piece of tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tearing, discoloration, writing in pencil and large missing section of front.
